• Before the meeting, the rubber chicken was locked in the closet, so there will be no approval/rejection by duck sound/rubber chicken this week

  • There is now an appointment for a meeting on Monday morning

  • The topic is certainly also good for an FSR networking meeting
• Ask if we can view rooms in the new building
  • Has to happen at some point, but is not urgent right now
  • We can postpone it for another two months or so; the building has to be handed over first

Exchange with other FSRs (Math, WiInf, FSR networking meeting)

• Toni and Helena asked the Math FSR what they think about an exchange
  • We are welcome to come to one of their meetings: Mon 6 p.m. Geom T30
  • It would be good if one of us could attend the meeting, maybe next Monday?
  • Next Monday is not possible, but Darius and Toni could go the week after [TODO: Darius and Toni]
• WiInf: We should do that again
  • We know Julian from the Computer Science FSR. Maybe a few more?

Library committee

• We were asked if anyone would like to join the library committee.
• Noah would do it.
  • He will reply.

New drinks

• The Server AG asked about Flora-Mate.
  • You could ask Ceres, they don't advertise that they have it, but they do
  • You could ask Reineckes, they are the producers
    • Jonas L. will write to Reineckes and ask how much it would cost
• There was also interest in other thirst quenchers
• Since last week, Black Mystery and Multivitamin thirst quenchers
  • Multivitamin is selling rather slowly, Black Mystery will soon be empty
  • Jonas and Jonas are going to Metro tomorrow for EWE, so we could buy some more there
  • What other types of thirst quenchers do we want?
    • Peach iced tea? They hardly sold at all during the OE week.
    • Pomegranate-lemon was good.
    • Plus a rotating variety; when it's empty, a new one comes in.

Introduction to the entire student council

• Has not yet been done via email or WhatsApp community
• Someone needs to do this [TODO: Moritz]
• There is also a group email collective ("E-Mail Kollektiv); we often receive requests to “please share this with your student council,” which can be sent there
• Check manually and copy out the message section [TODO: Moritz]
• Moritz then needs to get someone to be the admin for the group

Introduction to Linda Kleist

• She is “new” to the department
• It is tradition to introduce ourselves to new professors and say, “Hey, we are the contact persons for student representatives and such.”
• We will write her an email and ask, “Do you have some time for us?”
• If there are any problems at some point, at least they already know who to expect
• Freddy talks a little about the introductions he has witnessed and tells us what happens there
• She seems very nice, asks for names to address in the lecture
• She has ghosted the OE-Orga in the past for the purpose of introductions
• Someone other than Jonas (who was ghosted) should write the email, ideally someone who is currently enrolled in AD [TODO: Darius, Florian].

BaStL meeting

• This is a meeting with Sören Laue (BaStL), Dagmar, and sometimes Johannes.
• There is an Etherpad with topics that have come up so far.
• There is a need for discussion, if a few people can find a date (Bitpoll)
• Who could write the email, what time frame do we want?
  • Moritz will send a Bitpoll to the two of them [TODO: Moritz]
• In the past, there was also mulled wine
  • Moritz also notes that he would like to borrow a mulled wine cooker this weekend, should be fine

Fritz Kola sponsorship

• Moritz would like a Fritz Kola refrigerator
• If the refrigerator were free, the small, unpleasant one would be removed
• In the past, this was apparently a problem; we are probably too small
• It costs nothing to ask
• Perhaps after the move?
  • Or a request along the lines of “We are moving soon, new furnishings and such would be nice”
• Moritz will draft something, send it to the group for review, and then the request will go to [TODO: Moritz]

Free culture tickets

• Actually, the Asta sends them to us, but we don't have any
• Toni tells the story of the mailbox and how to get to the post office
• It's also possible that they are distributed in the Asta's Info Cafe in the freshman bags
• Toni will be at the main campus on Monday and will ask about it there.

Events 9-10 p.m.

• There is currently a doorman who thinks you can only stay until 9 p.m.
• Recently, there was an event that was actually approved until midnight.
• Someone needs to talk to the service team and clarify this [TODO: Jonas K., possibly ask Toni again for more details]

Winter seminar

• We need to do this at some point
• Isn't that the new EPAG thing?
• Actually an FSR thing, but the new EPAG should be involved
• Set up a task force together with the new EPAG
• Find a date
  • Historically, the penultimate Friday before Christmas break
  • That would be December 12, in four weeks
  • Interest in the task force Moritz, Jonas, Timo, and pretty sure Jonas too
    • They should get together with the new EPAG

English-language minutes

• We should handle it like the old FSR and also publish English ones afterwards
• Just run them through DeepL and proofread them once [TODO: Jonas L.]

Use of G-134

• We have a digital lock and a bridge [TODO: Jonas K.]
• Bridge is weird, currently due to external connection via WiFi
• But we want to make the room available to others if they ask us
• Alternatively, we could remove the combination lock from the kitchen [TODO: Jonas K.]
• But we should still try the bridge again more intensively
• The room should be tidied up beforehand (move unnecessary tables elsewhere, bring up monitors) [TODO: Jonas L. and he is still looking for people]
