Introduction

• Jonas K. explains what our tasks are

Review of the election to date

• We are the first FSR since student memory that has been completely reappointed.
• We have received most (all?) of the access rights from the old FSR.
• Rooms: Beverage storage G-007 or similar, sofa storage G-033, FSR office G-034, OE café G-134, student council kitchen G-101
• The service team complained about pizza boxes in the c't. JL cleaned up <3

Access

• Danalock (FSR office) has full admin access
• Nuki (beverage storage, kitchen) requires on-site presence

Decision-making policy

• The old FSR had a quorum policy requiring half of the members to be present
• In addition, circular resolutions (digital voting) were possible
• Proposal: For a resolution to be considered adopted, at least 50% of all FSR members must agree to it. If less than 50% of the members are present at an FSR meeting, a resolution can be passed digitally. To do this, a poll on the vote must be posted in the Signal group. If a draft resolution does not receive the required approval within 24 hours, it is considered rejected.

• Contents must be removed from cabinets before opening
• Suggestions for use:

• We will postpone the final decision on use until the next meeting
• The key is currently in the key box, for which the key is in the safe. It's inconvenient, but this way only the FSR has access. Vote on access:
