Student council wiki

• Problem: Spam
• Previous solution: Behind VPN (#shit)
• Proposal: Move to Dokuwiki
  • We used to have this as OE-Wiki, but back then no one knew how to use it. Now at least Lynn can work her magic with it.
  • Some manual work required for the move.
  • Script already exists and has been tested, looks good.
  • Lynn would coordinate the move, Jule would help.
• Discussion:
  • wiki.js already in use, but has teething problems and development seems to have stalled → no future
  • wiki is currently on iRZ servers, would then move to Mafiasi servers, wiki.mafiasi.de would be a possible new domain
  • Spam could possibly also come from there
  • Limit login to Mafiasi, no extra wiki guest accounts, read public
• Vote: *quack* 6/0/0 (y/n/e) → accepted!
• Open question: what to moderate? Suggestion:
  • Remove obvious spam
  • Question: do we want to remove unmaintained pages? Example: the CiS degree program page is better maintained by the Student Office than by us. Problem: content moderation is a lot of work

External server

• Server AG suggestion: Rent a Hetzner server directly through FSR to avoid detours through Server AG for small amounts
• FSR suggestion: We pay on account, but do not deposit our own payment method, as this would also be held by private FSR members
• Idea from Lynn: get sponsored by Hetzner, they did that before
• btw, this is only about monitoring servers
  • must be external in order to be able to respond to power outages or similar
• Server AG is currently still looking for new options for server storage, fux/CCCHH are highly rated
• Vote to create an account with Hetzner: 5/0/1 (y/n/e) → accepted!

Access for new EPAG

• New EPAG needs access to beverage storage and kitchen for event organization
• When to communicate if things are needed that only FSR currently has access to?
  • Registration for borrowing should be done a few days in advance, then it will work
• Request has been made for party on 11/28.

• Access is now granted

Move to new building

• There was a meeting on Monday
• Will there be an inspection before the move?
  • We are allowed to be present during the move and take a look at the rooms before the OE
  • → TODO for sometime in the future: ask if we can take a look at the rooms to estimate what will fit in them
• Currently no key cards planned for students. We can write to Federrath again from around February 15
  • Jule's idea: assign key cards to a unit, e.g., iRZ, where students can then borrow key cards
• We will probably be present during the main move, but definitely not during any of the preliminary moves
• 2 student council rooms + 1 shared storage room for OE & FSR
• No information about the name of the new building
• Move starts here on February 16 → Main move must be completed by March 30, because OE is allowed to start on that day.
• Cafeteria (MIN Forum) and cafeteria (New Ikum) will both start sometime during the summer semester or winter semester.
• STW food truck? TODO Toni to ask if the student union has any ideas.
• There are no parking spaces, or at least we haven't heard anything about it

Goals as FSR

• Hold winter seminar
• MOVE

Posters and presentation

• We must announce that we have been elected via a notice
• We will use last year's poster as a guide, but only list the tasks that really need to be communicated to the outside world
• Posting points: Wiki, community, email + see last minutes

Beverages

• Stock (except for friko) very low
• JK has calculated that if we rent a trailer and pick up 54-58 crates from Metro, we'll get a good price
  • Problem: no Superzero at Metro
  • Alternative: rent a trailer for free from Bauhaus?
• Mate and Spezi significantly cheaper to buy than fritz
• Non-carbonated drinks? Durstlöscher significantly cheaper, but didn't sell well in OE
• Different prices? Then most people will probably only pay the cheaper price
• Suggestion: Bulk purchase of Durstlöscher, we'll try it out and FinRef will evaluate it with test phases in November and December (with/without)
• Water dispenser for the old Ikum was rejected, we'll have to see about the new one
• Vote: Bulk purchase of drinks? 6/0/0 (y/n/e) → successful
• TODO Flo: Research: are there any free/cheap transporters/trailers at DIY stores that could be used? → The drinks team will then discuss the options
• Consumption:
  • Spezi Spezenreiter
  • Mate normal, friko and superzero also go down well
  • All others are moderately popular
  • Lemon and orange are not so popular, and possibly also classic light
• OE still has remaining stock, which will be offered at EWE and then our Finref will buy it from OE-Finref at the purchase price
• Purchasing:
  • Lemon and orange: not much = 1-2 crates each
  • Approx. 2-3 crates of honeydew melon, apple-cherry-elderberry, we still have a little bit left
  • Lots of Spezi
  • Lots of Zero
  • Metro Rahlsteht also has Superzero =o
  • Either a good amount of Classic Light or a little more Superzero

  • Our Finref will meet again with the OE's Finref to discuss how much was consumed in the OE and what is still in stock

• Nuki Bridge is not working
• Idea if it doesn't work at all: like the kitchen
• We'll postpone this again once we've hopefully dealt with the bridge more thoroughly

Miscellaneous

• Ask Freddy for stories from the BAE and/or FinRef exchange?

  • Problem encountered: messages in groups cannot be deleted → we need to write to the group administrators to ask if they would make us administrators
